Katie Price has unveiled the painful-looking results of her latest cosmetic overhaul after undergoing full body liposuction, fat injected into her bum and another facelift

Katie Price has revealed the unfiltered results of her latest cosmetic surgery spree after undergoing a total body overhaul.

In her most recent quest for beauty perfection, the mum treated herself to full body liposuction, a face lift and fat injected into her bum.

The work done at the cosmetic clinic in Turkey is said to be Katie’s most agonising experience yet as she admitted she feared she ‘might die’ during the procedures and lost blood.

Posing on the steps of her Surrey home weeks after the op, Katie , 42, showed off the finished look after numerous enhancements.

The mum-of-five’s face was noticeably tauter with her eyes stretched back towards her hairline following surgical lifts to her eyes, cheeks and lips.

Katie also had liposuction under her chin to give her face a more toned appearance.

Holding on the family’s latest addition – an adorable puppy – Katie posed for the camera in a curve-hugging pink tracksuit that also showed off her enhanced buttocks.

While opting to have fat removed from other parts of body, Katie decided bigger was better when it came to her derriere and splashed out on fat injections to plump out her cheeks.

While Katie is delighted with her bodacious curves, she revealed her mum Amy said her ‘ridiculous’ bum now resembles a shelf.

Despite the harsh feedback and her fears she could die on the operating table, cosmetic surgery fan Katie says she does not regret her latest work.

Sharing before and after snaps on Instagram, Katie gushed: “I am so happy with my fox eyes.

“Subtle cheek lift and small lip lift,” she added.

Katie’s appearance outside her Surrey home looked vastly different to the selfies she posted to her social media after her body overhaul.

The airbrushed snaps seemed to eradicate the mum’s scars.

While she’s happy with her new image, Katie revealed her horror at feeling she’d finally gone too far when she saw her face for the first time after her procedures.

She told The Sun: “Honestly, I’ve gone to hell and back, it was horrific — ‘Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie.’

“I just thought, ‘This is it, I’m going to die. I was terrified of looking like a freak, like that Bride of Wildenstein or a fake doll.

“I’ve woken up with holes and stitches all over my body.”

As she looked at her ‘new’ face for the first time, Katie said she was shocked to see it looked like she had ‘whiskers’ coming out of her nose and eyes.

“I just want the old Katie back,” she cried when confronted with her changed image for the first time.

The star said her partner Carl Woods was also shocked by her surgery and assured her she looked fine as she was before.

Former Love Island star Carl also stepped in and encouraged Katie to refuse a transfusion after she lost pints of blood in surgery.

Katie said Carl didn’t believe it was a good idea during the Covid pandemic and she went without.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain this week, Katie said that her mum was also not impressed with her surgery and told her she looked ‘ridiculous’.

Speaking to Kate Garraway and Alastair Campbell, Katie revealed she decided to get more work done after putting on weight in lockdown.

“My mum told me, ‘Oh my God, your bum looks like a shelf now. We’ll be putting the glasses on it!'” Katie admitted.

“I could go over the top but I don’t want to look like a freak,” she added.

Campbell asked Katie if she thought she was addicted to having work done.

“This is another thing, I’m not addicted but it’s out there and if people want to say I’ve got body dysmorphia and that, just say it,” she replied.

“Even my mum says it, ‘you need to see somebody, you’re not normal in the head are you, Kate?'”
