Aspirin [2-(acetoxy)benzoic acid, also known as acetylsalicylic acid] is a white crystal or crystalline powder, odorless or slightly acetic acid odor, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in ethanol, soluble in ether, chloroform, aqueous solution is acidic. It is a derivative of salicylic acid. After nearly one hundred years of clinical application, it has proved to be effective in relieving mild or moderate pain, such as toothache, headache, neuralgia, muscle aches and dysmenorrhea, and is also used to reduce fever in cold and flu and other febrile diseases, and to treat rheumatic pain. In recent years, it has been found that aspirin has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and can prevent thrombus formation, which is clinically used to prevent the formation of thrombus after transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, artificial heart valve and venous fistula or other surgeries.

Aspirin indications

Aspirin has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, so the indications of aspirin enteric soluble tablets are as follows:

1,To reduce the risk of acute myocardial infarction in patients with suspected myocardial infarction

2,Prevention of recurrence of myocardial infarction

3,Secondary prevention of stroke

4,To reduce the risk of transient ischemic attack (TIA) and its secondary strokes

5,reduce the risk of morbidity in patients with stable and unstable angina

6,After arterial surgery or interventional procedures, such as percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), carotid endarterectomy, arteriovenous bypass grafting

7,Prevention of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism after major surgery

8,To reduce the risk of myocardial infarction in people with cardiovascular risk factors (family history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity, history of smoking, people older than 50 years old).

Other Uses:

Use I:Antipyretic and analgesic, used for fever, pain and rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

Use 2: It is the earliest, most widely used and most common antipyretic and analgesic anti-rheumatic drug. It has various pharmacological effects, such as antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and anti-platelet aggregation, etc. It has a rapid and positive effect and is easy to diagnose and deal with overdose, and allergic reactions rarely occur. It is commonly used in cold and fever, headache, neuralgia, arthralgia, muscle pain, rheumatic fever, acute internal rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and toothache.
