Ibuprofen Sustained release capsule is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia and dysmenorrhea. It is also used for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
Each capsule contains 0.3 g of ibuprofen. The auxiliary materials are sugar, starch, stearic acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone.

Usage and dosage: oral. Adults, 1 capsule at a time, twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening).
1,A few patients may have nausea, vomiting, heartburn or mild dyspepsia, gastrointestinal ulcer and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain.
2,Rare rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.
3,Allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papilla necrosis or renal failure are rare. In particular, it is usually accompanied by elevated serum urea level and edema during long-term use, and bronchospasm is rare.
4,Those with previous history of intestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease may aggravate the disease.
5,Extremely rare hematopoietic disorders (anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, pancytopenia, agranulocytosis. The initial symptoms are fever, sore throat, superficial oral ulcer, influenza like symptoms, severe fatigue, unexplained bruises or bleeding) can cause liver disease.
6,Extremely rare severe allergic reactions, symptoms include: facial, tongue and throat edema, dyspnea, tachycardia, hypotension (allergic reaction, vascular edema or shock).
7,There are reports of edema, hypertension and heart failure after treatment with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
8,Among patients with autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus and mixed connective tissue disease), there are individual cases of aseptic meningitis symptoms during ibuprofen treatment, such as neck stiffness, headache, nausea, vomiting, fever or confusion of consciousness.
